All operators within the Department are expected to wear appropriate uniforms & accessories. Personnel are expected to follow all department policies. They are expected to utilize SPaG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar) when representing the Department.
Department of Transportation personnel should not interrupt others unless their peers are at risk. Operators should be respectful & subordinate towards members of the supervisory board. Personnel are expected to inform others of issues they see.
All department personnel are expected to follow the department chain of command. The misuse or abuse of permissions is not permitted. All operators are expected to listen to instructions from higher-ranking members of the department.
Below is the Department's chain of command; you are expected to follow this at all times and raise concerns appropriately. If you have any concern, request, or report, you must contact the rank above you first. Your first form of contact should not be the Secretary of Transportation.
Teamwork and cooperation between personnel is the key foundation for the Department of Transportation. All personnel are expected to work together professionally and safely. It is important for all members to understand their role and responsibilities within the Department.
Callsigns should be made up of letters, a “-“, then 3 numbers that depend on your rank.
When in-game, you should only put the 3 numbers and not the letters.
This structure should be followed when you represent the department.
Different operators can use the same callsign but must change it if it is already in use by another operator. The callsign 300 and 367 are blocked from usage and using the can result in disciplinary actions.
DOT-XXX —> Is used for general utility vehicles and any other vehicle that do not fall under the other 2 categories
TOW-XXX —> Is used for tow units to the exception of the heavy wrecker
HOD-XXX —> Is used by the Heavy Operations Division
100 —> Director
110 —> Deputy Director
120 —> Chief Of Operations
21X —> Field Supervisors
22X —> Crew supervisor
3XX —> Operators
4XX —> Probationary Operators

All members are expected to represent the department properly and maintain the safety of civilians and peers. All members must maintain a clean and organized uniform while on duty.
